Doug opened the valve and replaced an o-ring. The problem was fixed! He saved me a lot of money just through his honesty and knowledge. I am very impressed and strongly recommend this company!

Within seconds, he showed me exactly where the problem was so I could get the dishwasher folks back in line.In this day and age, it's really hard to find reliable, friendly, top quality service professionals. But I must say, Master Drains is the real deal! For future plumbing needs, I now know who to call.
